1.   Select “New user?” in the bottom right corner of the login box in the middle of the page.

2.   You’ll enter the account number (provided to you via email) and Schwab will call or text the number you provided to us to set up the account to verify your identity.

3.   The account should be set up once you confirm your identity.

4.   You’ll then be prompted to create a username and password. Make sure you save it to Lastpass!

5.   This account enables you to view your account balances and update personal information.

How to change your address, edit your contact info, & view your beneficiaries

For security reasons, Brooklyn Fi cannot change your home address without your signature so it’s easier for you to log in and change it with two (okay three) clicks.

1. Go to www.client.schwab.com and click on Profile. Then Contact Information.

2. You can change your address or update your contact information by clicking on ‘edit’ next to each item. You will see your beneficiaries listed on a separate tab at the top (please reach out to us if you would like to make changes to these).
